Satya is a highly skilled Public Procurement professional with over three decades of experience, including more than 20 years in procuring goods, works, and services in the health and social sector at both national and state levels in India. He has provided procurement consultancy to prominent entities such as the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) and Central TB Divisions under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India, as well as the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Satya has also offered his expertise to State Health Departments in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh, as well as Finance Departments in Assam, Bihar, and Rajasthan. He has conducted numerous training sessions and workshops to enhance the capacity of procurement officials at both national and state levels. 

Satya is an engineering graduate and holds an MBA degree.

Chandra Kumar Bafna retired as a Chief Engineer cum Director from Public Works Department, Government of Rajasthan. He worked in key entities with the Government including Jodhpur Development Authority, Jaipur Development Authority, Rajasthan State Road Development & Construction Corporation Ltd, Health & Medical Department, Rajasthan State Bridge & Construction Corporation Ltd, Military Engineering Services, etc.

He is actively providing consultancy services to National Highways Authority India, Public Works Department, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways in Uttar Pradesh and Mizoram, National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, etc. He provided consultancy services for Preparation of Detail Project Reports for work procurement for Economic Corridor from Raipur to Vishakhapatnam under Bharatmala Project. 

He is Engineer graduate followed by M. Tech. (Transportation).

Anil Kumar Jain retired as Additional Chief Engineer from Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Rajasthan. He has worked in various capacity and districts within Rajasthan overlooking urban and rural water supply. He has worked on various key projects including Jal Jivan Missions, Water and Sanitation Support Organization and projects supported by JICA, Asian Development Bank, and UNICEF. He was member of Core Group for preparing the vision document for Ajmer Smart City. He is continued to work as a Resource Person in Water & Sanitation, Solid Waste Management, Jal Jivan Mission to UNICEF, ADB, RCUES-Mumbai, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Govt of India, PHED, Govt of Rajasthan, RSVK - Jaipur (OTS), SEEDs, and various NGOs. He delivers lecture on topics like water, quality, sanitation, rural water supply, water security, project management, rain water harvesting.

He holds Masters Degree in Engineering as well as Management (MBA degree). 

Nirmal Chittora retired as Additional Chief Engineer from Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Rajasthan. He is a National WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) Expert Empanelled by Ministry of Jal Shakti for ground truthing & technical support in implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission at ground level. He has worked for more than 38 years in development sector especially in Drinking water & Sanitation sector. He has been involved in Third party evaluation, mid-term review, program review and assessment of various Government/Foreign funded development programs in multiple states. He facilitated “Change Management” in PHED Rajasthan as CMG founder member. He is involved in facilitating workshops, trainings, reflection & orientation on Water Security, quality, Rural Sanitation, Hand pump technology and on PRA in different states organized by UNICEF. 

He is an engineering graduate with post-graduate diploma in Ecology & Environment. He is trained on Contractual Dispute Resolution. 

Shashi Bhushan Sinha is working as freelance Consultant with multiple organization including Technomed Services and Consultants and Bureau of Indian Standards. He is providing consultancy services on Public Procurement of Drugs, Goods, and Services. He has worked with various Government entities like Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh Health Sector Strengthening Project (UPHSSP), and Technical and Management Support Team, Govt of Odisha. Shashi assisted Ministry in procurement activities in health sector including TB Division, Malaria Division, Immunology and Vaccination, IDSP, HLL Life care. Shashi authored various books, contributed chapters and published papers on topics including medical equipment, economy, human resource, and manuals on medical equipment maintenance. 

He is engineering graduate followed by PG Diploma in Healthcare Administration & Quality Management in Healthcare and International Marketing. He also holds Master’s Degree in Finance and Control. He also possess Doctorate degree. 

Dr. Kingsuk is a seasoned health systems strengthening expert having more than 30 years of work experience in multiple states of India. He has also worked in Nepal, Bangladesh and various African countries. He has worked in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Plus Adolescent Health (RMNCH+A); neglected tropical diseases (NTD); the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) including antimicrobial resistance; HIV/AIDS; substance abuse; and immunisation programmes. He has expertise in evaluations, third party monitoring, and Value for Money reviews of health programmes. He has worked with reputable agencies like WHO, UK Aid and Asian Development Bank. 

Dr. Misra is a graduate in Medicine and Surgery from Calcutta University, India. He completed his MPhil in Hospital and Health Systems Management at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, in Pilani, India. He holds a certificate on HIV and health systems strengthening from the Royal Tropical Institute and is an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program of the U.S. Department of State. 

Sandeep has over 17 years of proven work experience in research, program management, monitoring and evaluation, and training. He has worked across diverse sectors, including public health, gender, youth, entrepreneurship, skill development, rural development, public procurement and public policy. Sandeep possesses technical expertise in system strengthening, institution building, reforms, and coordination. He has collaborated with various State governments and the Central government, demonstrating his experience in working with governmental bodies. Sandeep has also engaged with reputable donors such as UK Aid, UNDP, ILO, World Bank, WRI, and UNICEF. His skills extend to crafting policy documents, strategy papers, results frameworks, and presentations to effectively communicate key messages and action points to stakeholders. 

Sandeep holds a Master’s and a PhD degree in Economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics & Economics in Pune.
