Perception of Public Procurement in Rajasthan - Endline Study

The objective of the Perception Study (Endine) is to understand the public procurement system and its effectiveness subsequent to the enactment of the RTPP Act and Rules. The study measures perception about awareness of SPFC among stakeholders and also measure and compare with baseline of perception about key indicators of public procurement. The study analyses the baseline value on five indicators namely Perception about Awareness of SPFC, Perception about Efficiency, Perception about Fairness and Transparency, Perception about Promotion of Competition and Perception about Enabling Environment in light of implementation of RTPP Act and Rules and subsequent policy measues, activites and initiatives undertaken by Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
