Satya is a highly skilled Public Procurement professional with over three decades of experience, including more than 20 years in procuring goods, works, and services in the health and social sector at both national and state levels in India. He has provided procurement consultancy to prominent entities such as the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) and Central TB Divisions under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India, as well as the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Satya has also offered his expertise to State Health Departments in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh, as well as Finance Departments in Assam, Bihar, and Rajasthan. He has conducted numerous training sessions and workshops to enhance the capacity of procurement officials at both national and state levels.
